I used this design set on 'Cookie Bags' for gifts.  I stitched them out in Marathon Metallic Thread.  They're quick and easy to stitch out and would make a lovely gift.  Keep a few in your home for gifts for unexpected guests.  I made the Cookie Bags from polyester cotton.  Put some home made cookies in a little plastic bag and then put it into the Cookie Bag.  Alternatively, one could put your favourite cookie mix (the dry ingredients) into a plastic bag and then put that into the Cookie Bag along with instructions on how to make the cookies.  A unique and original gift.  I attached a 'Cookie Cutter' to the ribbon that ties the bag off at the top.

Stitch the Christmas Design on the front of the Bag and the Christmas wording on the back of the Bag.

To make the bags, I cut out two oblongs measuring 7' x 10'.  I stitched the Christmas Design on the one oblong and the Christmas Wording on the other.  With right sides together stitch along the sides and the bottom.  I used a 3/8' seam allowance.  Neaten and fold over the top edge.  Neatly press the seams.  Your Cookie Bag is now ready to be filled with yummy Christmas treats.

Tie the top with pretty matching ribbon and attach a 'cookie cutter' if you wish.
